We had the best intentions of making homemade cookies for our fabulous teachers! Unfortunately, I ran out of a vital ingredient so we had to rely on a roll of store bought sugar cookie dough stashed in the fridge. The cookies, after baking, did not look as pretty as they did before we put them in the oven. Oh well. The kids enjoyed making, decorating and eating them!
Instead, the teachers will receive a basket of store bought candy, wrapped lovingly with a special, homemade tag!
I also put together these treat bags for our wonderful service coordinators and various staff members.
For our classmates, I used the Sweet Centers stamp set and Sweet Treat Cups. Greg stamped the back of each one, wrote all of his friends and therapists names, then signed them appropriately (upper and lowercase letters). Leah left her signature as well.
We're all set for our Valentine's Day parties! Hopefully, the snow will let up and the kids will have school on Thursday!
